Return and Claim

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for supplier-fulfilled full rolls. Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods are handled under applicable consumer law. Inspect the roll before cutting or installation and stop work immediately if a fault is suspected. Contact Prime Wraps with the order number, product code, photographs and packaging evidence. Cancellation may be requested before VORLUX begins processing; once supplier processing starts, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
