Shipping policy
Scope
This policy applies to full-roll film purchased from Prime Wraps through prime-wraps.com. Current checkout is configured for Australia and the United States. Contact us before ordering for another destination.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are reviewed by Prime Wraps and released to the supplier after payment verification, fraud review and product availability are confirmed. An order confirmation does not mean that supplier processing or dispatch has begun.
Products are fulfilled from China and dispatched by UPS. Tracking is provided after dispatch. If we cannot fulfil the selected product, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
Australia
Australian orders are shipped by UPS DDP. Shipping, duties and GST are included in the checkout price.
United States
United States orders are shipped by UPS DDP. Shipping, duties and taxes are included in the checkout price.
Delivery estimate
Typical delivery is 6–8 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Product availability, customs inspections, remote destinations, carrier disruption and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, email address and phone number. Contact us promptly if a detail is incorrect. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after supplier processing or dispatch begins.
Tracking, delivery issues and damage
Use the UPS tracking information provided after dispatch. If tracking shows an exception, the parcel is missing, or the package arrives damaged, contact Prime Wraps promptly with your order number, tracking number and clear photographs of the package and carrier label. Keep the packaging and product until the issue has been assessed.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
No showroom, pickup or return warehouse
198 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC 3133 is our published Australian business address. It is not a public showroom, customer pickup point or return warehouse. Do not send a return there unless Prime Wraps gives you written instructions to do so.
