Overview
This website is operated by Prime Wraps, an Australia-based online supplier of professional full-roll vehicle film. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Prime Wraps. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the policies linked on the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and product selection
Prime Wraps supplies Clear Paint Protection Film, Color Paint Protection Film and Vinyl Wrap Film in the specifications shown on each product page. PPF is intended for professional wet installation. Vinyl Wrap Film is intended for professional dry installation.
The product title, exact product or colour code, finish, thickness, roll dimensions and variant selected at checkout form part of your order. Review these details before ordering and again before cutting or installation.
Colours and finishes may appear different because of screen settings, lighting, viewing angle, photography, image processing, vehicle substrate and surface curvature. Product images are provided to help identification but do not replace the exact product name or code.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. Any shipping, duties and taxes included in the checkout price are described on our Delivery and Duties page and at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
We may correct an obvious pricing, product-data or availability error before an order is released to the supplier. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled on the agreed terms, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
Order review and availability
Orders are subject to payment verification, fraud review and supplier availability confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not by itself confirm that supplier processing or dispatch has begun.
If a selected product is unavailable, we will not substitute another colour, finish, thickness or product code without your agreement.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, fulfilment terms, included charges and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and Delivery and Duties page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs review, remote destinations, carrier disruption and other events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after supplier processing or dispatch begins.
Inspection and installation
Inspect the packaging, carrier label, roll label, product name, product code, finish, thickness and dimensions before cutting or installation. Stop work and contact us promptly if you identify transit damage, an incorrect product or a suspected fault.
Vehicle film is a professional-installation product. Surface preparation, installer technique, tools, environment and post-installation care affect the result. Installation services are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Returns, cancellations, refunds and claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranties and product information
Any product warranty applies only where it is expressly stated for the selected product and is subject to its written scope and conditions. A voluntary warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights under applicable consumer law.
We aim to keep product information accurate. If information on a general page conflicts with the exact product page, variant selection, written order confirmation or applicable law, contact us before ordering or installation so the product can be verified.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, use the site for fraud, or infringe the rights of Prime Wraps or another person. Site content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Wraps is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect product selection, installation contrary to product instructions, cutting or installing a product after an identifiable mismatch or fault, or events outside our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This does not remove any mandatory rights available to a customer under applicable law.
